ABOUT EASYDWELL
EasyDwell was founded in February 2023 by Shamane Stegenga and Raphael Locsin. Inspired by Ray Dalio’s All Weather Fund principles, they have developed a strategy that provides Risk-Resistant Returns™ through Bank-Free Homeownership™ in the Florida Real Estate market.
With a team of 12 people, including a Director of Asset Management, a Director of Investor Relations, a Director of Sales, and an attorney on retainer, EasyDwell has acquired $3M in real estate under management. In the face of an inventory crisis, insurance crisis, high interest rates, and two natural disasters, the company has been able to deliver an overall cash-on-cash return of 44% for the portfolio through a highly creative business model.

Raphael Locsin
Founder & Senior Partner

Raphael Locsin is an entrepreneur / investor with over 13 years of experience building businesses with a focus on scaling sales teams and marketing machines. His prior businesses include insurance, digital marketing, and consulting for the mortgage industry. His current focus is putting the right people in the right place and developing them into leaders.

Shamane A. Stegenga
Founder & Managing Partner

Shamane Alexandria-Stegenga is the lead operator in charge of building out the systems and the processes that resulted in over $900k in top line revenue and $3 million dollars of assets under management in the first 16 months of business.

Gina Weibel
Director of Investment Capital

Walker has led the Open Door Capital team through $982M+ in acquisitions and is a General Partner on 13,500+ units. Prior to joining Open Door Capital, he held a variety of engineering, finance, and account management roles across multiple industries. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Georgia College & State University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Data Analytics degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two children.

Joshua Sun
Director of Investor Relations

brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the role with a proven track record in real estate investment, syndications, deal analysis and underwriting, and, as an active member of Pace Morby's Subto Program, the Gator Method, and the Owners Club Mastermind, he is dedicated to empowering others through strategic tax planning and real estate investment. He is responsible for guiding underwriting processes and ensuring sound financial strategies are in place, both for the company and all of its projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University.

Bryan Morera, Esq.
General Council

Bryan Morera is the founder of Morera Law Group. A passionate litigator, he has argued a wide array of legal and procedural issues, from the customary to complex dispositive motions, before state and federal courts. Outside of the courtroom, he has represented clients in the negotiation of settlements, both inside and outside of mediation, and has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. On the transactional side, he has negotiated, drafted, and reviewed countless contracts, assisted with residential and commercial real estate deals, and advised a wide array of clients.
